All orders are shipped Monday-Friday by the USPS. Most orders will ship out the next. The two options for shipping are First Class or Priority Mail. First Class can be used for packages less than 14 ounces, and costs less than Priority Mail, but generally takes an extra day or two in transit. First Class and Priority Mail do not require a signature and usually take about 3-5 business days.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address? No problem. Shipping to an APO/FPO generally takes a few days longer than packages shipped within the US, but it is well worth the wait!
International Orders: We do ship internationally to a limited number of countries. If you want us to ship to your country, and it doesn't currently show up in the country drop down box send us an email with the country and we will review the conditions for shipping the products we offer to your country. A few words on international orders... we do not offer free shipping on international orders (but we do offer first class which is quite economical.) You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees. Each countries fees differ and if you need information on these fees you'll need to contact your local customs office.
If your package is returned to us because you decided not to pay the aforementioned fees we'll gladly refund you the product cost but the shipping costs will not be returned.
All orders must have a valid, working email address. If you enter a temporary email address or fake phone number, please keep in mind that in the event of a problem with your order, we WILL NOT be able to contact you. If you choose to use a temporary email address, be sure to check it periodically. That is our preferred method of communication with you. The phone number is a last resort.
In rare cases, Hotmail, Live Mail or Outlook.com will kick back our emails. Thanks Microsoft. If you don't receive an email receipt after your purchase, this is most likely the case. If you don't have a Microsoft related email address and you still don't receive an email receipt, then you typed your email address wrong or your spam filter got us. Go check your address again or check your junk email folder.
Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you an email with the tracking information. The tracking information is also available by logging into your account and looking at the information for your order.

For large quantity orders, please contact us before placing your order to assure that enough stock is on hand.
Although there are no returns on any of the products sold on this site for obvious reasons (don’t send us back your half-eaten Rocket Chocolate), if you aren't satisfied please let us know and we'll do what it takes to make it right, make you happy, or if you're lucky, both.
